• A flat delivery fee of $30 applies to each order, regardless of distance within our delivery area.

Delivery Scheduling

• Orders must be placed in advance to secure your preferred delivery time. We recommend booking early, as our schedule can fill up quickly.

• We strive to deliver promptly at the agreed-upon time. If there are any changes to your delivery window, we will contact you directly.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders canceled within this window are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds & Replacements

• We take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted crepes. If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item or quality concern, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery.

• Refunds or replacements are provided only if there was an error on our part.
